Prices, taxes, shipping charges and available variants are shown before payment where applicable. Payment is processed through our payment provider. We may cancel or refund an order if we cannot reasonably produce it, if required information is missing, or if we identify fraud, abuse or a material listing error.

You confirm that you have the right to provide and ask us to reproduce any names, text, photographs or other material you submit. We use customer-provided information only to operate the service and produce the requested artwork as described in our Privacy Policy.

The review interface may offer structured changes or a design-review route depending on the product. When you approve an artwork version, you confirm that the visible personalization, layout and content are acceptable for production or digital delivery. Changes requested after approval may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

Trail lines, checkpoints, terrain, mileage, elevation and other geographic details are presented for artwork and memory-keeping purposes. They are not navigation, emergency, safety or access advice. Conditions, closures and route data can change. Always use appropriate current maps, local guidance and safety information for real-world travel or riding.

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Physical products are produced and shipped only after the applicable artwork-approval step. Product imagery may show presentation examples; exact screen colors and printed colors can vary slightly because of displays, materials and printing processes.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying template, design system or production software. You retain rights you already hold in the personal information or original material you provide.

Do not attempt to bypass secure order links, access another customer's order, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests or misuse private previews. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or our providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Places We Keep is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront or from reliance on decorative map information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when the service, products or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the current version. For questions about an order, reply to your order communication or use My Order to recover secure access.
